Job Description

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a SEO / Web Developer. As one of our SEO / Web Developer you will be at the centre of delivering our clients requirements. Our SEO / Web Developers work closely with our Account Managers to optimise and amend our client’s websites to the fullest.

We are a worldwide Internet Marketing and Web Development agency. We practice expert marketing and technical techniques for 100s of businesses worldwide across our core services, specialising in SEO, PPC and website design/development.

Our SEO / Web Developers are responsible for:

  • €’ Implementing and monitoring of effective SEO campaigns and website amendments for their projects to maximize value, profitability and return on investment (ROI)

  • €’ Delivering own projects within specified timescales

  • €’ Working closely with the Senior SEO programmer and SEO Strategy Manager to ensure quality and compliance

  • €’ Ongoing monthly reviews (QA’s) of their projects and discussing any required changes or issues

To succeed in this role you need to have the following skills/attributes:

  • €’ Knowledge of HTML/xHTML (W3C), CSS and JavaScript (essential)

  • €’ Knowledge of PHP and/or ASP.NET (essential)

  • €’ Knowledge of MySQL and/or MSSQL (essential)

  • €’ Good communication skills(essential)

  • €’ Ability to work within a team environment (essential)

  • €’ Ability to use FTP and database management software (essential)

  • €’ Knowledge of C# and/or Flash (preferred)

  • €’ Knowledge of website/image editing tools such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop (preferred)

  • €’ Educated to degree level (preferred)

  • €’ Previous experience of working in a fast paced deadline driven environment (preferred)
